Sportstars FC Sportstars FC was born in 2005, and created by David Hazelgrove, the aim of the club was to provide dedicated players who attended SportStarS Coaching Ltd courses and provided them with structured football matches on the weekend. This in turn developed a style of coaching that benefited all the coaches and children alike. At SportStarS Coaching Ltd we developed a unique style of play for children of all abilities, the focus was raising the level of understanding for the less able children whilst developing the more advanced players. Our main aim is to give the children the knowledge of the game before the individual skills, How, Why, When and Where sessions are provided on a weekly basis giving each child the chance to understand about team play, social development, unison and decision making. We truly believe that children with a passion for football will go away and learn the individual skills in their own time, which in turn we will then nurture into a team environment from tricks to control. |
